Payments & Delivery

Delivery of products is carried out by DHL Company and free of charge in the Prefecture of Thessaloniki and the rest of Greece within 2-3 working days unless there is a case of delay and/or failure to deliver that is caused by third parties and/or by reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, COVID-19 pandemic etc) or accidental facts. For the delivery of products outside of Greece, charges shall apply as following:

The delivery of your order takes place within five working days from the date of the placing of the order (9:00-17:00) by a courier company to the address that you indicate on the order form. So as to facilitate the procedure, you are requested to inform us with all the special details of the place of receipt (name of company, floor, number of office etc), when necessary. For safety reasons, you can receive the products only after demonstrating your ID card to the employee of the above-mentioned courier company. 

We are not responsible in case of delay and/or failure to deliver that is caused by third parties and/or by reasons of force majeure or accidental facts. However, in case of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes COVID-19 pandemic etc) or an impediment that cannot be overcome, that does not allow the prompt delivery of products, we will inform you via email, so as you inform us if you, still desire under the new circumstances, the completion of your order.
The total sum calculated as described above will appear as soon as you login or fill in your details, after stating the country of delivery.
